Andrew Smith

 Young composer Cyrus Meurant presents a concert of his solo works in the intimate setting of the Paddington Uniting Church (Stone Gallery on Oxford).

The concert will feature the composer performing his compositions for synthesizer, solo piano, acoustic and electric violins.

In conclusion Meurant will be joined by saxophonist Andrew Smith to premiere a new work: 'Constancies'.

Meurant's theatre and concert pieces have been performed at The Place (London), The Theatre Basel (Switzerland), The Sydney Theatre, The Malthouse (Melbourne), NIDA and the World Shakuhachi Festival. He has composed works for The Melbourne Symphony and The Australian Ballet.
